Testors (not Modelmasters) Lt/Dark aircraft gray

Testors makes a light and dark aircraft gray spray paints not in the model masters brand.  Has anyone used these paints? Are they close to any of the FS standard colors?

I have used them, but never measured the color- that is a lot of work.  In fact, anyone know of a table of RGB values of FS paints?  The paints work and thin just like the MM paints. I assume the difference is the colors.

One thing I like about the little square bottles- if I do not clean the threads well enough when I replace the cap, I can still take the cap off again.  I made a fork out of 1/8 inch aluminum and screwed it to my workbench.  The opening in the fork is cut to match the width of the bottles. I grab the cap with my pliers and fit the bottle in the fork and then turn.  Even with those rubber jar opening sheets I have ruined a few jars of MM by letting the threads get too dirty.

I've made an "agreement" that I would use water based paint and not oil based. Its maybe less of an agreement.  I use the Testors flat white a lot, and their dullcote and glosscote. I've acquired some spray cans of the light aircraft gray (three cans) from an estate sale in my neighborhood the cans are a few years old unopened and should work well. If the paint doesn't have a green tint to it I'll use it as light ghost gray. if its closer to gull gray or sea gray I have projects I can use them with. I'm just going to take an old broken model and spray it and see what it looks like.

Red - blue - green is for light. For paint and ink the primary colors are cyan - magenta - yellow.

The "dark aircraft gray" is close to Light Ghost Gray in brightness but with much less blue. The light aircraft gray seems to be closer to camo gray. I'm not a ribbit counter so the cans will be used up soon enough.
