I picked this kit up yesterday at the LHS for $5ish. The box had an "As Is" and "Parts Missing" stickers. I inventoried the parts this morning, and not only am I missing parts, I'm missing entire sprues. Is there anyway to get these sprues? I'm willing to pay for them. I have attached photos of the box, and the instruction sheet, those with a "X" are in the box, "/" or no mark are the missing sprues. How should I handle this? I'd really like to build this one. Also decals are missing, but I can buy AM if needed.

Well it looks like their website has no customer service link. My next suggestion would be to find their importer and contact them.

unfortunately, like many of the Chinese model companies, customer service is not their strong point.

I got home last week from my trip and there was a package from Kinectic. Inside were the sprues missing from the box. I spent $5 for a really nice kit.

Oh sweet! I have this kit and will love watching it come together and I can see if there are any areas to watch out for.

That's great to hear. I believe Kinetic is owned by the same people who own Lucky Model and I've always had great service from LM.

Yes I was really happy with the customer service. I mentioned that I bought this kit as is with the sprues and decals missing, and they still came through. I touched base with them via their Facebook page. I will do a WIP if anyone is interested.
