Anyone have spare F-105 parts?
Posted by Straycat1911 on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 2:13 PM

It's very embarrassing to buy a Monogram 1/48 scale F-105D off eBay, get through 90% of the build and only then realize......

No canopy or gunsight parts.

Would anyone happen to have a spare set?

Yes, I've already checked with Revell and they have no more in stock. ☹️

Don't know if they are interchangable or not, but have the revell 105 Thunderstick version that turned into a paint practice item before completion.  If they will work for you, more than welcome to them.

Glad you got some help, I have a complete cockpit from the HobbyBoss kit cause I used an Aires resin set. So if that helps let me know.

Those parts should work. The only difference between the two kits is the additional fairing on the fuselage spine of the Thunderstick II. Otherwise the kits are identical moldings.
