I know Verlinden made them in 1/32 scale, not sure about 1/48. Lots of folks bend small diameter pieces of wire to simulate buckles and harness fittings though. You might want to check e bay or amazon to see if there are any out there.

PE harness buckles

In the LHS I found some tape the correct width for 1/48 scale belts and harnesses. Does anyone make just PE buckles and such for making my own harnesses? I have a bunch of WW2 airplanes in the stash, Corsairs, Hurricanes, Zeros, Rufes, BF109s, P-47s, P-38s, F6Fs, so I'd like something that I can use for all of them; if possible.
