Good evening fellow modelers,  question, does The 1/32 F-35 lightning require nose weight to not be a tail sitter before I go any further? thanks for any input. might seem miniscule, but I dont know, thanks

I know this doesn't answer your question...but why not just add some weight anyway?  At least then it won't be an issue.

The majority of tri-gear planes do.  Nice if the instructions tell you how much you need to add.  But, if not, what I do is tape together enough fuselage, tail and wings to get plane near its final weight.  No need to add anything in cockpit area- weight of cockpit adds insurance against tail-sitting.  Now, try to balance at main gear location.  Sometimes you can shove lengths of dowel into main gear mounting holes to make this easier.  Usually, model will tail sit.  Add enough weight to get it to balance, taping or poster tacking it to outside of nose. Glue that weight inside. Then, when kit is built, hopefully addition of cockpit and nose gear (and doors) will be enough excess weight to bring nose down.
