Thanks all. It was at Nats and won Best East Coast Tomcat. It was a fun build. I don't usually add all the detail, but it's a Tomcat. Sometimes I can't help myself!

Didnt I see this at Nationals as part of the Tomcat build? Also, did this I also se an award sitting next to it?

I used the Tamiya kit as a base to make a prototype/preproduction jet. I went a little overboard with resin wheel bays and opening up various panels. I used it as a test bed for my Steel Beach conversion set. I've always wanted to do these orange markings, and I finally got a chance to make it happen. I also was able to do the test load out of 14 Mk. 82 Snakeyes.
