Gents, Thanks for the inputs. When building airplanes, I much prefer birds with props, especially WWII types. I haven't seen/heard of some of these kit makers before. It's just by coincidence that the majority happen to be Japanese aircraft. Like GM mentioned, I have not seen the interesting 1/50 Myrt. The clincher on that one was the fact it has a clear left side fuselage. I wish more makers would do that so we can see all the work that goes into the interiors. I was fortunate to find the whole stash for about $200.   Mike

I've seen the Hasegawa B6N2 at a local hobby shop (The Hobby Stop) in Rock Hill, SC, recently for around $38, and they had about three of them, so it's pretty easy to find around these parts.

The Seversky looks as though it might be a Williams Brothers kit, but I can't tell for sure from the box, due to the angle of the photo. I'm pretty sure I've seen it at the same local hobby shop for about $25, and, if I remember correctly, they had about four of those kits.

The Aoshima B5N2 kit is a pretty common one at the same hobby shop. I think it was going for around $25, too, but it's been about a month since I was last there, so I don't remember for sure about the price.

You look like you got a pretty danged nice haul, though!! Way to go!! Hopefully, the other forum members will get you the information on the other kits soon.

Thats a nice collection of (mostly) old kits.

The Seversky and the Meteor can be had new for around $ 30.00 each.

The Victor kit is kind of a dog, cheap now that Revell has a new one.

But those Japanese subjects, those are nice and some stuff that's hard to find.

I'm intrigued by the 1/50 Tamiya Myrt.

I'd say most of those kits are in the $30 range.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

All,

I found these kits on a recent work trip to Oregon/Washington and felt they would make a good eventual addition to my collection of warbirds. Some of these kits I haev not seen before, a guy on the flight home asked me if I had been in Korea after seeing the box markings. I would be very interested in finding any information members may have on these kits and what ideaf value may be. I wont mention what I paid for all 11 until i gegt a feel from the team members. I look forward to any info. Thanks in advance!   (judging by the preview, the pics may be a bit skewed. Apologize in advance!)    Mike
