Chasing the ultimate build.
WOW, she looks perfect, I couldn't tell you'd had any problems with the kit. And love the camo and shading.

Great Work on a difficult kit.
She looks stunning!
This is probably the most difficult Hobby Boss kit I have done to date, and I have done a lot. There is a huge amount of panels and rivets on the fuselage seam line (most I have ever come across on a model), and these need to be replaced as the fuselage was not the greatest fit....but maybe it was me. Another problem are the centre pylons on the wings, I wanted to mount FAB 500 bombs on them but they did not fit as they hit the landing gear same as the rocket pods, so I left them empty. Also the landing gear legs have a pretty ordinary mount system that is shallow and flimsy. That said, I am happy with the final result, great to see a modern kit of the Fitter, The towing dolly is a great touch and adds to the look of it. I am interested to see how the Kitty Hawk one goes together after doping this one.Paint scheme on this is all Gunze Acrylics. Other paints used were Tamiya acylics, Vallejo Metal Color, Flory Dark Dirt Wash and MIG Satin Varnish.
