1/32 scale Japanese Ki-100?

Will there ever be a 1/32 scale plastic Ki-100 Japanese WW2 fighter model kit in the near future? Does Tamiya, Hasegawa, or any other manufacturer have plans to produce one? I know there's already aftermarket resin parts by Alley Kat to make a Ki-100 from some other aircraft. But I am hoping and praying that somebody will instead come out with a brand new 1/32 scale Ki-100 kit.
