P-40E Decals How Can I Take 1/72 to 1/48 ??

Hi guys,

         I bought a Hasegawa 1/48 P-40E and wanted to model an early war E model. I found a subject in my Squadron Signal reference book of a plane at Hawaii in early 1942 that I wanted to model but it looked like I was going to have to make most of my decals. Well, it turns out a company AZ Models make decals for my specific subject but they are in 1/72. Is there a way I can scale these decals up to 1/48 ?? Thanks !
