f/a-18c yellow legs
Posted by Bones-coa on Sunday, March 28, 2004 10:38 PM
Does anyone have any reference photos of the VFA-192's yellow painted main landing gears legs? I'm unable to find any reference to it at all on the web.

Thanks.

OK, those didn't work for me. Go to www.news.navy.mil. Do a photo search for VFA-192. There are 2 good pics that show the yellow MLG to good effect.

So, why have they painted them yellow? Just curious.
