Revell 1/48th scale D.H. Mosquito B Mk. IV kits #03923 and #04555 - same kit?

Can anyone tell me if the Revell 1/48th scale Mosquito kits #03923 and #04555 are the same kit?
They seem to be, but I really can't tell. Both are currently available, and the parts sprues look great, except the kit(s) apparently can only be made in the plexiglas-nosed bomber version and not the four .303 cal. and 20mm gunship-nose version like the old Monogram kit.
