Photoetch question on F/A-18 and F-16

Anyone know of a set out for the F/A-18D model? I know the C will work but I don't want to have to buy 2 sets to cover the 2 seats.
Also - aside from the sheer number of parts - is the F-16C photoetch set fair to use on the Block 50 CJ kit from Hasegawa? What inaccuaricies am I introducing?
