My wife would kick me out of the house! However, I could probably live inside one of those boxes. They’re big!

I've been eyeing their 1/48th Concorde ever since I visited one of the preserved museum birds in 2016.  I've got the room, its just having to create or find BA decals in the current scheme which was the last scheme Concorde was operated with. I would love to recreate this image in model form:

I built a 1/72 B-36 as a teen and kept it on top of my dresser because it was so big. 1/48? I'd need a room in the house.

Chasing the ultimate build.

I've got more than a handfull of big kits...  Must be my aging eyes that make them easier to work on.  I'm getting them all while the gettings good.  I'm sure a lot of them will be (rapidly closing in on) retirement builds.  Half a dozen 48th B-1s are in the stash, along with the Anigrand 72nd C-5, a B-36, and a B-52. If the possibility of even a modest range of  1/48th decals B-52 would appear, then I'd add it to the stash.

I did find decals for the 48th Concorde though, so that project is a go for the fall.
