Very impressive build! You did a great job on both the interior and exterior of the model.

BTW, I've found Blu Tack to have many uses other than temporary adherence. I've just used it to form a seat cushion on my current Albatross D.V. build. Works fine as long as one keeps in mind that she/he shouldn't touch it too firmly after it's been molded to one's satisfaction Big Smile.

And I thought you were a car guy.  Great looking build, well done!

Thanks Keav.. Yeah I tend to go back and forth, when I get burned out on one I’ll go to the other. I want to try some armor just haven’t yet.

Fabulous job on this my absolute favorite fighter in my favorite livery . Thanks for the heads up on the decals Mate.

I'm on my 3rd one now ( all B's ) but I haven't yet built a Hasagawa brand. i've done 2 Academys, 1/72 and 1/48 and am working on a super detailed Trumpeter 1/32.

Didn't post a WIP on this one because to be honest I wasn't sure how long it would take me since I have limited time to work on my projects.

I decided to go with the kit decals and chose Edward F. Rector, 76th FS, 23rd FG, China (July 1942). This kit was a pleasure to build from start to finish. Great detailing on cockpit, great fit all around with very little flashing, seam lines anywhere. The decals were a little thick for my liking so next time I will go with aftermarked or Montex. Used Mission Models and Tamiya paints followed by weathering with washes and oils. Thanks for looking.

Made the canvas in the wheel wells with aluminum foil an for the rear used blue tak.. followed by a coat of Tamiya XF-49 Khaki.
