Fine looking build you have there!  I remember masking those bubbles on the canopy and not fondly

This is the second build for the Telford show now in it's final stages.

Really this is quite a simple build and rather than go for a more detailed build as I did with the Do335 here's the almost finished one.

I decided to do the Met/PR version with an all over PR blue and as I couldn't remember how I managed to do the fuselage D-Day stripes on the Mk IV I did, I have gone for a pre-D-Day no stripes.

Yes... there are parts (panels) still to add but the port engine will remain as it is, but with the bottom intake panel in place and also the propeller.


There is still some fine detail painting to do in that area and also the decals to add but I need to let the PR blue cure properly so I can mask.
I wasn't exactly sure about painting this colour as it is usual to see these things in full camo, but looking at it now it is an all over colour, I quite like it!
