Tamiya color for blue/grey low vis

My apologies, I didn't realize y'all were discussing a specific aircraft. Sorry.

If you have to use Tamiya paints, they make a Dark and Light Ghost Gray in their AS spray can series. If you don't, then Model Master, Vallejo, and a host of others make them in acrylic and enamel. FS 36320 for Dark Ghost Gray and FS 36375 for Light GG.

Of course! Here a few mixes that you can try.

The first one is a Tamiya recipe you may see around. I don't particularly care for it but it's not bad. It'll  get you in the ball park.

The second is just a certain arrangement I made in the absence of certain colors to see how close I'd get. It's not bad.

The third is one that's a lot closer. Again...just using certain paints only to see how close I'd get without the XF-82.

But in case they don’t have it in stock, what Tamiya paints would I mix? 

Assuming you're going for just a straight Blue-Grey color before discussing fading or weathering, then I'd point you in the direction of Tamiya's XF-82. It's pretty much right on the money without having to mix paints and keep up with ratios. 

If you can't find that particular bottle, let me know which colors you do have and I can put together a mix that will get you there. =]

I don’t subscribe to FSM magazine but surely they must list it as an FS number (Federal Standard). If anything, it could be from the kit’s instruction guide.
