If you can get GSI Creos (Gunze) paints, they have an extensive line of IJA/IJN colors.  They even have several interior greens - Mitsubishi, Nakajima, and Kawanishi or something.

I tend to go more with just Nakajima upper green, Mitsubishi underside grey etc. There's probably something on the site that links the best colours for each. Sorry I'm at work and don't have any reference with me right now. 

Aeromaster made several IJA Manufacturer specific green paints- Nakajima, Kawasaki, etc. Unfortunately that line is long OOP. Nowadays it’s mostly generic “IJA Green” from most paint companies. And the site you linked to, is probably your best bet for linking those paint chips to stuff out there. I could swear that I’ve seen something like that on there.
