Yep, as Mississippivol says, it's the same kit, regardless of the boxing. I will second what he says, that you might find signs of mold wear with later releases. If I were buying one now, I would look for the original boxing, which featured an in-action painting of the Liberator in natural metal finish. You might find one that still has Shep Paine's "Tips on Building Dioramas" brochure, too. But I would hold out for one for thirty bucks or less. You can find one, if you can wait.
You might still find one on the shelves at a store, though, too, as retailers run out of stock produced before Hobbico went bankrupt last year and interrupted Revell-Monogram production. I have seen them at some of the craft stores, like Michael's and HobbyLobby.
Depending on the boxing, I do think there were different decal sheets included.
