Thanks. Then wing fold was a mess. The way it was hinged was cool, but didn't work very well, so after a good day and a half messing with I gave up. hit with some cement, and that was the end of the wing folds.lol

All in all it was a fun build.

Yes I did not have much trouble with the wing folding mechanism. It just snaps into place.I put all 6 Browning .50s in the wings along with the ammo belts so the wings had some weight.I had to use fishing line loops to hold the wings back in the folded position.

Mustang, that Wildcat is GREAT!! Nice job!

As for your pictures, I'm not sure what's going on with that, other than possibly it's the photo server that you're using (but I'm just guessing at that). When I first clicked on this thread, a couple of the pictures just took over my screen. I clicked on the Back arrow on the top left of my browser to get out of it, then came back to this thread, and it seemd ok then. But, when I backed out and came back to it again, some of the pictures went crazy again, Weird.......

Nice work.  Have the-3 and the-4 in progress.  Gives me the ambition to drag them out again.

Nice build, always liked the f4f no matter the scale.

My wife thinks I procrastinate. I just put things off till she forgets.

Really nice painted finish and subtle panel lines. The flat painted finish looks very realistic.

Your comments and questions are always welcome.

The pics are basically useless here. Even when clicked on they are just small thumbnails.
