Aw man, that Academy customer service sucks!  And your build is excellent - the camo is beautiful and the colors are bang-on.  Hope you can source some canopies.

Thank you! This is a custom job for a Cpt. Lance Sijan F-4, I got lucky and its supposed to be going to the muesum at the airport in Milwaukee where Sijan was from. (I live near there)

Yeah its hard to say they even have customer service. I mailed that info to them UPC, part numbers, kit number, etc. That was several months ago though. 

It is a very nice model, and the subject is good.

You probably should buy another kit. I think it would be worth it.

Don’t even think of help from Academy, they are useless. I had good luck in the past with Hasegawa so I would give them a try. Squadron may have vac formed replacements Which is gonna be faster than Hasegawa.

That is one beautiful looking F-4. The colors, chipping and weathering look spot on.

I checked with Squadron and didn't see the vac canopy in stock. You could go to HL and use a 40% coupon to get a 1/48 Revell F-4 and use the canopies from the kit. You can also contact Revell Germany about a replacement canopy.

I have tons of F-4 spare parts but not a single canopy.

Lots of F4 spares, unfortunatley, no canopies on hand. Yours looks really good, perhaps it could make the beginnings of an Arizona bone yard dio. Just kidding. You'll find one.
