First aircraft model, normally I do WW2 armor. Figured I’d drive right in to Aircraft.

 

what better way then the conic Diver bomber of WW2.

 

got The cockpit all done, nothing fancy mostly OOb , with some PE parts.

some More work today, engine complete And weathered. I am intending to keep it open and do a mini diorama in a field parking spot.

 

aircraft modeling I find you really have to strategize painting, for instance I’m going to have to paint the lower two cowlings here before  I glue them on. which will be tricky. 

 

Also so this Italeri kits horrible seam joint spaces are driving me nuts.

I just finished the 1/72 Spitfire by Italari and i must say that i agree with you on the fit of the kit. The seams were horrible and the general engineering of the kit was, in my opinion, very poor. I shall not be building another Italari kit. Your build on the Stuka looks amazing though. Keep at it
