A Couple of Dumb Questions
Posted by PTConsultingNHR on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 1:03 PM

Hi Everyone;

Two questions:

In 1:144 how big would a B-17 be, in inches?

And, is there a 1:144 kit of a B-17G?

Tim,

You're welcome! Is this a Kyle build? I'd be interested in how the kit works out. It looks like there are a lot of decal options.

Thank you, Lee.  I'll do that.

And, Bill .... As I said yesterday, if I decide to buy one (as well as aftermarket decals) ... yes, it'll PROBABLY be a Kyle build.  But, remember - right now  - on his table - he has my:

1:700 USS ESSEX, CV-9

1:72 F-16N TOP GUN ADVERSARY

1:72 F-4J (that  will be done up in special decals and given to my BFF, Maggie  Lynn - I'm the pilot and she's the RIO)

1:72 P-59 AIRACOMET

1:72 ARB (63-FT USN AIR SEA  RESCUE BOAT)

1:72 F-5E TIGER  II

And, here in my room, I have a box load of kits waiting for him...

Those include, amongst others ...

1:72 F-86E SABRE

1:72 MC.202 FOLGORE

1:72 A-4E SKYHAWK

The new RoG 1:72 PT-109

1:144  B-24 (USN VERSION)

And, a few other kits ...and a  1:72 Bf-110C that I need him to repair.
