Quite possibly, yes ...

- tropical filter parts 23,24 ?

- external armour glass in front of windshield (part G1?)

- eliminate external stiffeners on rear fusealge

- most production aircraft had circular wheel wells *

- as mentioned by Bish, you would need a new prop: vdm 9-12010A

The only other thing holding you back would be the specific decal markings for a unit that operated in desert conditions?

From memory youy would have to change the prop blades to the wider type for the DB601E engine. Only other differance is the 20mm gun firing through the prop hub instead of the 15mm.

Just got the 1/48 Hasegawa 1/48 Bf109F-2 kit and was wondering if I could build it into a F-4 Trop version?
