Hi Bill;

    Nah! I was just wondering if I was getting something I would be better off giving away rather than bother with. The Super Frelon is a big bird with the Fuse in four parts just like my big Seaview Submarine for the T.V.Show. So I thought I would build something smaller. I just hope they're not to bad.

Gosh Tanksi,

Not sure where to start sorting that out. Anyhow, Airfix did kit a big C-130.

 Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Hi,

I had almost forgotten about those old kits with optional "battle damage" parts.  I remeber the 1st time I saw one was around the time I tried to build the Monogram SBD Dauntless model with movable dive breaks and a "droppable" bomb.  I had such trouble breaking the hinge pins off the dive breaks, that I thought to myself that I wished someone would put out a kit with just extra "nonbattle damage" parts for clumsy builders like me so that if I messed something up on the 1st try I'd have a spare piece or two to try again Tongue Tied

 Hi airplane guys.

        I just acquired a plane kit. Well, I should say Planes kit. I have always liked the F-104 Phantom. I also have a soft spot for the Scooter A-4-F. It's boxed as a Lindberg kit from Atlantis. It even has some panels that the factory Damaged for you !

       I know, I know, What? Well, I just didn't have a plane to work on and these two are some of my faves. The super faves are to big to work on right now. That's Heller's "SuperFrelon" Chopper and the Biggest C-130 I could find, Airfix's U.S. Coast Guard version.

 The fit and finish is probably going to be horrible right? Well, I need to use my putty before it dries in the tube. Don'tcha hate when that happens? I am even wondering what colors they'll be molded in and how deep the panel lines will be.

         Kinda like what awful colors (two different ones) for Matchboxe's Lancaster Bomber huh ? Shoot, I didn't even think about scale. What if they are 1/144?
