                        A mate asked me to build him this kit and I found out whey he didnt want to do it LOL

                        The kit is a monster in terms of warped parts and poor fit in some places.

                        The out the bix cockpit detail is OK, I just added the sutton harnas from tamiya tape

                        I managed to wrangle the nose section into place by gluing one pannel at a time and trying to align it that way.

                        The dihedral angle of the outer wing pannels are totally wrong and cant be fixed so I just left it as is.

                        I dont think its an inherant bad kit, thus particuar one was just very warped and I think with work the dihedral angle can e fixed but I am not goint to that extent with this build.

                        The green in the pix looks wromg on screen but correct to the eye. Still need to do an oildot filter to tie it all together.

                        I am very glad this build is over, did not have fun with it.

                        The colours apear a little lighter than actual , took it sunlight with cell :-(

                         

                        The LD light covers are midding from the kit, will make and add some later

                        Looks nice.

                        Have one in the pile, along with the 109, Spit, Stuka, and Mustang.  Can only hope they come out as well.
