Geez. Log in issuses again.

Was at the paint bench this morning. Primed some parts and shot some paint too. The parimed pieces are primed with Stynyl Rez white primer. The directions say to shoot the primer at 20-30 psi and I sprayed at about 320 psi. Too much, I think. Next time, maybe closer to 20 psi. But anyway, this is the progress so far.

Those 'egg planes' are great fun. I've done a couple jets, but so far no prop versions. Looking forward to see how yours cones out!

Tiger Model F4U Corsair...

Since I came back to the hobby a few years ago I have just marveled at the variety of models available to us and the quality of the kits. Today, I am beginning a build I would have never imagined so many years ago. I picked up this chubby little Corsair at a swap recently. It's just too cute not to find a place for it on the shelf. The kit is very precise and just fairly clicks together. I have some bits already for primer. Pretty fun. I'll have some pictures after I shoot primer tomorrow. Stay tuned.
