Thank you all!  I will credit my food dehydrator for what I was able to accomplish!  without it, I'm not sure the paint would have even been dry enough for decals in time!  lol

This was my first foray into the challenge that is a 48 hour build timeframe, joining the annual Weekend madness Group Build...

Thanks to Lewbud for running the thing!  It was....definitely a challenge!  I usually take a few weeks for a build..

 

I went against my better judgement and did not use a gloss clear before decals (remember seeing in some modeling group, one member was really adamant that it was not necessary.....well, using my techniques, it is...)and the ID code on the sides of the Fuselage silvered....thats what I get...
