Ended up getting this kit on sale at hobby lobby. This kit certainly does not have the Tamiya engineering I love but overall aside from a few issues with the two piece hull and the boarding ramp, everything went together smoothly. The canopy was a pain in the butt to mask but I am pretty happy with how it came out. I would definitely recommend getting some pre made canopy masks if you are going to build the kit. Enjoy.
