This is Eduards 1/48 kit of the Fw190D-9 Late in the markings of Black 6 of III Gruppe Jagdgeschwader 2 "Manfred von Richthofen"
The kit went together very well with the only real problems being the wing gun covers.
No diorama just a nice grass base I will eventually paint up a pilot figure to put with it to show scale.
Skol!

Excellent job!
I'm still working on getting such finishes on my aircraft builds. This is gorgeous.

That's a beauty. Well done
Thanks,

Nice Job. Alway loved long nose 190's.
On the Bench: Too Much
The salt technique worked well. You can see the color fade but it's subtle. Pencil for the chips around the canopy?
Looks awesome
Looks great! I like that unit band.

Thank you, the chips are made using a piece of packing sponge dipped in Tamiya aluminum then 90% blotted off before going to the model.
Well done, Clint. Always looks better with the fat tail.
