Real G"Pfeil = Arrow" certainly sounds better than "Ameisenbar = Anteater", an unofficial appelation for Dornier's peculiar fighter. And based on what I have read about the Do-335, it was still very much a pre-production machine with all sorts of little bugs yet to be ironed out.
Wasn't anteater the unofficial name for the two seater? But yes it was still a experimental aircraft at the end of the war and what is probably it's biggest contribution to the allies it took materials and man power away from the 262 project.
