I have several Flankers in my possession, an Italeri kit that is 99.9% complete, a Trumpeter Su-33 Flanker "D", and another Su-27 kit I can not totally identify as I seem to be unable to put my hands on the kit box or it's instructions at the present time but I believe it to be another Trumpeter kit.
The Italeri kit was done with Testors Flanker colors but that sourse had dried up - literally! My stash has turned to solid rubber in the bottom of the bottles, and well, you all know the Testors story.
I find that Vallejo offers a set of 8 paints that would cover all Flanker colors ever used, but this seems to be out of stock everywhere, which probably means it won't be available again.
Is there a cross reference for the Flanker colors? We have a pretty selection of paints at my LHS which includes AK real colors, Vallejo air. and Mission Models. Mr. Color is supposed to be coming too, but have not seen it yet, other than a few bottles that showed up there.
Thanks!

On my workbench now:
It's all about classic cars now!
Why can't I find the "Any" key on my keyboard?
tempestjohnnyTry looking on the Linden Hill import site. Akan paints have a wide variety of Russian colors. Also look at MRP paints
Thank you TJ, I had forgotten about Linden Hill and I believe I bought something from them years ago.
I did end up finding some Vallejo paints on Ebay, but they are coming from Canada. I have bought a few things from "across the border" and have not had a bad experience yet, so I shall see what happens.
Sadly, there is another part to this Flanker story I am going to tell in another post.
I've built couple Flankers and I use the mig set for them i.e. sky line blue
Here are couple shots of my models
