Dont waste your money on this kit. unless you like an ill fitting kit..fits together as expected. I am just about done with modeling, dont pay a hundred bucks for the westland whirl wind it has no engines. nothing new but 1/48 prices on 1/72 kits

I have had 2 Kitty Hawk kits and they both ended up in the trash. Not a fan

I second the motion.  I will not recommend Kitty Hawk kits.

Good timing that they're out of business.

I suppose it just depends on your perspective. They aren't Tamiya for assembly. They do have nice details. If you take some time and go in a definite order and sometime do multiple pieces at once to maintain alignment they make a great model. Ive done 3 F-5's now

In the pattern: Scale Shipyard's 1/48 Balao Class Sub! leaning out the list...NOT! Ha, added to it again - Viper MkVii, 1/32 THUD & F-15J plus a weekend madness build!
