I think the Revell is a reboxed ICM kit.

There are two Revell kits, their original '70s vintage kit and the Revell Germany rebox of the ICM kit. The boxing's and the price will be noticably different between the 20th and 21st century moldings.

I think the Revell is a reboxed ICM kit.

Haven't seen it myself, but multiple reviews suggest avoiding the Kitty Hawk kit based on serious accuracy issues.

Second the ICM kit.  I have the Kitty Hawk kit, and it is not engineered well.  Plus if you like accuracy, the radome has incorrect flat spots on the sides, quite noticeable if you know the MiG-25.  Plus the gaping intakes have no internal detail, and IIRC the engine exhaust petals are the wrong type.

ICM makes a good one.  Several versions too.

Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. Just getting back into this as an adult after building every revell kit hobby lobby has as a kid 20 years ago

I've always wanted to do a Mig 25- I see there's a Revell kit, does anybody have any recommendations for the best one out there? 1/48 please. Thanks!

Have always enjoyed the professional quality of a lot of the builds catalogued here.  I unfortunately don't have the paintbrush talents to add much but thanks for all the great content!
