Nce detail on this kit, full cockpit truss structure and cunbay aswell as wheelwells.
Had some fit issues at wing to fuse joint but beat it into submition
Seems I bent the mast when I took the bottom pic, bit fixed now

Not a big fan of the sea scheme but it worked out well. I used Humrol 90 sky, Hu 224 grey and hunbrol slate with alclad matt clearcoat

I'm just the opposite...I really like the FAA 'colours,' and you've done a gorgeous job! Those modern Airfix kits look superb.

Thanx, As an airframe teck working with fabric mostly I have always loved Hurri
The temperate sea scheme is not "ugly" but the difference between the grey/slate is very slight and from a few feet away it all blends into one color
