Thank you gentlemen, one and all. I appreciate the kind words. She does look good on the shelf. I sure do love this scheme.
BK,
That'a a lovely Val. Hasegawa does some nice stuff.

Turned out great. That will be an eye catching build on your shelves for sure.
Thanks,
John
Very nicely done, Brandon. The masked paint scheme really made a hit with me, so much better than decals. Thanks for the post and photos.

Very nice, Brandon. No need to follow the Spanish school all the time.

Looks great! That's a lot of masking, and it all looks perfect.
Just wrapped this one up for the Japanese GB. The only decals on the kit are the wheel and tail numbers, all other colors are masked and airbrushed. I wanted to chip this one but spaced it off getting too tied up in the masking and that led to me not post shading either. Oh well, they all looked good at least once. OOB, no AM on the kit. Built very well, typical Hasegawa quality and fit. I love the scheme and that's pretty much why it got built. Paints are Gunge and Tamiya. Enjoy the pics.
