I've bought several direct from Arma Hobby with no issues. I'm on their mailing list for future releases. There is a discount for pre-orders. They have also been listed with several eBay vendors at varying prices, some including shipping.
You might try to order them directly from Poland - if you run into any problems I'd like to help to promote the Polish economy!
