TB, the interior colors could vary widely depending on year of build and the customer purchasing it: if you do an image search for something like "DH Beaver interior," you can pretty much pick the one that appeals to you the most. 
That having been said...here's one that won a restoration award at Oshkosh a few years back, presumably with authenticity of finish being one of the judging criteria. It's an attractive white/siver grey o/a with flashy red seats and trim.
