Fantastic review (as always) for a particular favorite a/c -- I had the chance to see a real one at the now-closed Glenview (Illinois) NAS back in the mid-1960s. For the not-quite-10-yr-old me, it was probably the coolest thing I'd ever seen.

But I couldn't quite wrap my brain around how it only had one float...since all the photos I'd seen in my 'Big Color Book of WW2 Aircraft' (or whatever) showed planes with two. Live and learn! Big Smile
