Some folks have made their own with a vinyl cutter like Cricut.  I have a machine and am going to try it myself.

There are several companies I can think of off the top of my head that I've seen:  Eduard, Montex and Maketar.  I see them all over eBay.

Hi fellow modelers. When I went to IPMS Nationals this year there were some guys selling masks so that you could paint markings on aircraft, instead of using decals. I've been googling this and can't find any manufacturers. Who makes good masks?
