Tigercat landing gear?
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, April 30, 2004 12:50 PM
Does anyone know of a company that makes white metal langing gear for the 1/48 AMT F7F Tigercat? I know I wouldn't be able to scratchbuliding them, but the kit parts are too weak to carry the weight required to keep it on the nosewheel. I hate to use the "cheats" like the barrels under the tail (even if the real planes did use them). Big Smile [:D]
Thanks,
Scott

Littlebird67;
I've seen one from Aries ( I think ) on the greatmodels.com website, just put in 1/48 F7F and it'll be in the list of things on the Tigercat kits
