Buffing Alclad II Polished Aluminum
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, April 5, 2003 12:05 PM
Hi Guys, did I hear somebody say that you could take a soft cotton cloth and buff Alclad II to make it even more metal like?
I am building a 1/48 Tamiya p-51D and it is done in a combination of polished aluminum and white aluminum for some panels. I would like to make the white aluminum areas (like the rudder) look a little more realistic. Would the cloth work? Are there any other suggestions out there? Thanks in advance! Cool [8D]
