Merv,
I believe what you are looking for can be obtained from TwoBobs Aviation Graphics. They offer a set (32-009) in 1/32nd of 9/11 commemorative decals for a F-15E out of Mountain Home AFB for $11.00. Their web address is:
http://twobobs.net/
While I have not used this specific sheet of decals I have used TwoBobs decals in 1/48th for a pair of F-16s ("Hows My Driving" and "Nellis Taxi." They were a good product and I had no problem with them at all. As far as I am concerned they make an excellent decal.
Good luck with your project.

hi all,
firstly,i'd like to say 9/11 was the the worst day since ww11,we will all remember what we were doing when the unthinkable happened.we will all remember the words "let's roll" & the sacrifice that those brave souls undertook that day, knowing that they would undoubtably save lives by there actions.lest we forget, not least the brave men & women in new york, who had the full horror bestowed upon them.
i carry my dads "aircrew bible" from ww11,for 9/11,the quote is;"the silvr is mine,& the gold is mine, saith the lord of hosts"heb 13/8
i just wanted to say that in honour of the brave.
secondly, does anyone know where i can obtain 9/11 decals for a 1/32 scale F15E.i want to "mark "this model in memory of the fight against global terrorism.
thanks,
merv
