I have the newer release of the Fujimi Kit. I can scan a copy of those directions to you if you think it will help. I am not willing to part with them I as I need them for myself. It has markings for VF-1, low viz off the Kitty Hawk or the Ranger, VF-41 and VF-84 off the Nimitz and VF-111 off the Carl Vinson. I don't have them in front of me, and I don't remember how much is english or Japenese. Let me know by email @ jimz66@earthlink.net

Damn... Make a copy of the Hasewaga instruction sheet and send it my way.... But then again, the markings for the Fujimi F-14 are either VF-114 Aardvarks or VF-211 Checkmates..... Im sure the paint stuff would be close enough seeing how Hasewaga practically bust their asses in making the best closest resembling Models of F-14A Tomcats..... Maybe I should just swallow my pride and learn Japanese! *gibberish japanese*

Larry,

Just to let you know that the hasagawa instuctions are printed in English! As for the fujimi kit-if you do get stuck(and I don't think you will) there's plenty of people around here who will give you a hand. A friend of mine has 1/72 instuctions in English. If I can get hold of them after the weekend, I'll send 'em your way.

Tango1 out.

I have build several 1/72 Fujimi F-14s and never had a problem figuring it out. THe pictures are usually sufficient for assembly and the paints scheme is usually marked with some English and the occasional FS paint color... but if you need just steal some instruction or just paint it however you need to make it "look right".

Well... Can one really COMPLAIN when you got this kit on Ebay for $6.... Its an F-14.... Im going to work my ****** off and complete this kit, even if I have to use Academy instruction for paint guide, or maybe use Revell/Monogram F-14D Instruction sheet as a guide instead.

If it is the 1/48 scale kit the best thing to do is throw out the kit, keep the instructions for lining your work area. The kit isn't worth building, with better kits on the market.
