Is this camouflage or the white base colour with blue stripes? I'm unable to help you with the F S number, but this may help. About ten or eleven years ago, the Russian Knights display team came to the UK, along with a Large Transport plane. From a distance they all had the same colours applied. But close up, almost every aircraft had a different shade of blue, even the colours of the sunburst on the tailfins were slightly different. Added to which, most of it was hand painted, not sprayed! So if your Cub has the stripes, I suggest that as long as it looks 'close enough', it probably will be close enough.
