MB-2s and a B-25s
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, June 7, 2003 2:56 PM
Here are a few photos of the MB-2s and the B-25s.

I built these models for the dedication of our new Squadron building on Fort Campbell, KY. The building is named after General William “Billy” Mitchell. I built 3 MB-2s (Glencoe) for display. Two in the main entrance and one for the Squadron Commanders Conference room.

I also built two B-25s. The B-25s were built because they are the only aircraft that were named after a person. The first B-25 (Hobbycraft) was in 1/72 scale with Doolittle’s tail number. The second B-25 (Revell) was 1/48 scale.

This is my first attempt at posting a website of my photos. So please be patient.

What is happening? Why is all that stuff showing up before the http://? I have tried editing it out, but it does not show up when I go to edit. Anyone have an answer?

There are spaces in a few spots

Sled you shouldn't have put spaces in the address.

Ok, I got to the site by typing the address into my own address bar. It won't let us put in the address link properly without spaces and you need to leave the spaces out to get there. I suspect it's because you used your e-mail address as part of the site's address and the system doesn't like it.

I got in here: "http://photos.yahoo.com/sled71(at)sbcglobal.net"
Uh, I noticed my reply also had that HTML crap where I didn't type it. Just copy between the quotes, add an "@" and paste.
Good job on the display. I also love the A-10 shots! Very cool!
It shows the A-10 were it should be flying...below the tree tops!
Where were the photos shot?
All out of Snakes and Nape, switching to guns...

The photos of the A-10s were taken on a Close Air Support Trip to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Around 98-99 time frame.

I spent a hour on the test page trying to get it to work.
Mr. Voss provided instructions on a different page. As you can see it still is not working. I guess I will keep trying.
