Hello again,

You may be in luck regarding some of the Commonwealth aircraft. Czechmaster have produced 172 resun kits of these:

Kit No 70 CA 15 Kangaroo

Kit No 89 CA 6 Wackett

Kit No 95 CA 25 Winjeel

Even better for you, they are listed on the NKR Models online Hobby Shop, in Australia. Great service and prices. Average delivery time to me in Louisville, Kentucky area is about 10 days.
No connection to me except as a very satisfied customer. Go to: www.nkrmodels.com.au

HI,

As far as the Wirraway goes, there was also an injection molded 1/72 kit produced by MPM in the Czech Republic, catalog No, 72064, but their website lists it as sold out. Not a bad looking kit, I am not sure exactly how accurate it is, but you might still be able to find one someplace.

In 1/48, Sierra Scale Models in the USA made a conversion kit for the Monogram SNJ/AT6, with Vac formed fuselage halves, some cast metal and/or plastic pieces, canopy I think and decals.

Hi there, there is a model of the Wirraway, it is produced by Highplanes in 1/72 scale. It can be purchased from www.modelcraftsandhobbies.co.nz for NZD $34.95 (about US $17)

It is possible that Highplanes produce others Aussie models too.

Hope this is of help

Ok, i have another model search...

this is proberly a dead end question, but i think i might try my luck. anyways, i am looking to see if any company has manufactured a model of either the:

CAC CA-15 fighter (Kangaroo)
CAC CA-11 Woomera Bomber
CAC Wirraway

The first two never really went anywhere production wise, but i have read up on them alot lately, and seeing as the the CA15 was the fasted pistoned engine fighter aircraft made, it is possible there was a kit.

i am not fussy on scale, any help would be appreicated

thanks...
