I would say go with the Thunder Birds. Their paint scheme has the most detail and variety. I personaly feel the F-117 is a boring kit. Its all black and there isnt much to it since there is no ordinance carried out side of the body untill fired or dropped. The Blue Angels is a good build but i would say the best bet would be to go with the Thunder Birds.

The Revell/Monogram 1/48 F-18 is a good choice for the Blue Angel, since it has those decals. You will have to do a little work to convert it to an A model though, but it's not hard. Revell also makes a 1/48 F-16, which although the cockpit detailing is poor it's an o.k. kit. For the 117, I'm not sure. If you can still find a Monogram or Testors one they would be a pretty good bet. These are some 1/48 suggestions. Were you looking for 1/48 or 1/72?

Either scale is fine, I just need to keep it under $20. I want to build 1 of each.

For the Stealth, I would recommend the Academy kit. I've seen it pretty cheap around here, and it comes with the Paveway II bombs. Not a bad kit, really. The R/M Thunderbird kit isn't that bad, either.
