On the bench-Lancaster
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, June 10, 2003 1:30 AM

This the Tamiya 1/48th Lancaster, MkIII Dambuster, 617 Sqdn.
At this state of the build, I am rescribing the fuselage and building the wings and eng nacelles. Basically OOB, just Eduard seatbelts and True Detail resin mains. The decals are basically shot, so I have since had replacement decals found for the roundels, and also for the side code letters as well.

Lookin' GOOD! I built this one a long time ago. Enjoyable kit. I want to see the finished product - It'll probably look much better than mine did!

I've rescribed two models so far, and would like to build this one, but I'm just too freakin' scared! Tongue [:P]

Not really, lazy is more like it... have fun with this one!

Looks good. I, too, would love to see pics of the finished product.
