Which 1/48 F-4U Corsair is better?

Hello folks. Again, I need suggestion from you experts please. I am planning to get a 1/48 F-4U Corsair. I narrow down my options to three: Tamiya F-4U-1D, Tamiya F-4U-1/2 Bird Cage and Hasegawa F-4U-5(Korean War Version). Anyone has tried anyone of these. I wonder which is the best(especially cockpit). I also wonder the two Tamiya kits have any difference beside the canopies. Thanks

All three are very good. So it's up to you on what version you want to build.

Anthony, both kits are extremely good. Having build both the Tamiya and Hasegawa kits I would personally have to give the edge to Tamiya in both ease of construction and cockpit detail. Also, the seat and instrument panel in the Hasegawa F4U-5 are incorrect; not by much but just enough to bug you if you let it. Bottom line, though, is that both kits go together nicely and you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

Thanks guys. I think I'll go for the Tamiya one.
